Hi, I'm Janne and my husband is Cosimo. We have extensive experience in renting out holiday apartments. Juan les Pins is our absolute favorite for holidays and we know the place very well. We have meticulously taken care of every aspect of our three apartments. which were renovated in 2024 and are located between Cannes and Nice, on the French Riviera, near Juan Les Pins.

Leiligheten er lys og romslig, soverom med gode, store senger, velutstyrt kjøkken, stor terrasse mot syd med utsikt over bassengområdet, en eksotisk park og Middelhavet. God oppfølging av eier og lokal kontaktperson på stedet. Flybuss fra flyplassen i Nice stanser like utenfor residensen. Det er kort vei til strand, butikk, bakeri, treningssenter og restauranter. Uten bil kommer man seg greit til nærliggende byer og "villages" med buss eller tog. Vi kommer igjen, igjen og igjen.

Appartement de grande qualité. La vue est simplement magnifique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié pour les enfants l'accès direct à la plage de sable fin avec une eau peu profonde.

We had a great week in this apartment. It was well equipped with a great view and central location. Very nice host who was quick to respond when we had any questions.
Super beliggenhet, fantastisk utsikt, nyoppusset bad og kjøkken, praktisk og veldig fin leilighet med alt av utstyr. Perfekt for et par, liten familie eller en person. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme verter som svarer raskt og sørger for at alt er klart når man ankommer. Kort vei til stranden og gåavstand til Juan-Les-Pins, utsikt over Parc Exflora mot Middelhavet, alt man trenger av butikker, restauranter, bakerier, frisør, hudpleie, hånd- og fotpleie, med mer i umiddelbar nærhet. Flybuss og busser til Cannes, Antibes med mer rett utenfor døren. Anbefaler denne leiligheten på det varmeste!

We had 2 great weeks at the apartment. It was very functional. Loved eating breakfast on the balcony in the morning. The easy access to the beach was great with children and they were able to go up and down as they liked. So many wonderful places to eat, a few steps away.

Great apartment, matched the photos & description exactly. Really spacious living area with mini piano & other musical instruments that the kids loved playing with. Lovely view from balcony across the park to the sea & Golfe Juan, which has some great restaurants & beach bars. The closest beach is just 5 mins walk through & on the other side of Park Exflora, beautiful clear water & nice Sandy beach. The pool at the apartment building was also great & the kids loved it. If travelling by public transport it is Well serviced with buses to Antibes, Cannes & Nice (numbers 200 & 8 as well express bus 82 to Nice airport) right outside the door of the building. There’s also a really good supermarket within the apartment complex.
