We have extensive experience in renting holiday apartments. Juan les Pins is our absolute favorite place to holiday and we know the place very well. We have carefully taken care of all aspects of our three apartments which were renovated in 2024 and are located between Cannes and Nice, on the French Riviera, in the town of Juan Les Pins.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Juan les Pins from March 12th to 15th for the MIPIM conference. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained,. The stunning view of the Mediterranean from the terrace was a highlight. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and public transport. The host was very responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!
The apartment is light and spacious, bedroom with good, large beds, well-equipped kitchen, large terrace to the south with a view of the pool area, an exotic park and the Mediterranean. Good follow-up by the owner and local contact person on site. The airport bus from Nice airport stops just outside the residence. It is a short distance to the beach, shop, bakery, fitness center and restaurants. Without a car, you can easily get to nearby towns and "villages" by bus or train.
We will come again, again and again.

The apartment was newly renovated, light and delicate. The kitchen was delicious and well equipped. The large terrace had a lovely sea view - and no direct residents. We were very well received by the local host upon arrival. We had a great stay - and would love to come back. Can heartily recommend!

High quality apartment. The view is simply magnificent. For the children, we really appreciated the direct access to the fine sand beach with shallow water.

We had a great week in this apartment. It was well equipped with a great view and central location. Very nice host who was quick to respond when we had any questions.
Super location, fantastic view, newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, practical and very nice apartment with all equipment. Perfect for a couple, small family or one person. Pleasant and helpful hosts who respond quickly and ensure that everything is ready when you arrive. A short distance to the beach and walking distance to Juan-Les-Pins, views over Parc Exflora towards the Mediterranean, everything you need from shops, restaurants, bakeries, hairdressers, skin care, hand and foot care, and more in the immediate vicinity. Airport bus and buses to Cannes, Antibes and more right outside the door. Highly recommend this apartment!

We had 2 great weeks at the apartment. It was very functional. Loved eating breakfast on the balcony in the morning. The easy access to the beach was great with children and they were able to go up and down as they liked. So many wonderful places to eat, a few steps away.

Great apartment, matched the photos & description exactly. Really spacious living area with mini piano & other musical instruments that the kids loved playing with. Lovely view from balcony across the park to the sea & Golfe Juan, which has some great restaurants & beach bars. The closest beach is just 5 mins walk through & on the other side of Park Exflora, beautiful clear water & nice Sandy beach. The pool at the apartment building was also great & the kids loved it. If travelling by public transport it is Well serviced with buses to Antibes, Cannes & Nice (numbers 200 & 8 as well express bus 82 to Nice airport) right outside the door of the building. There’s also a really good supermarket within the apartment complex.
