What we offer
We welcome you in our apartment featuring private garages, controlled access, and exclusive swimming pool. The apartment offers balcony views with direct pool access, overlooking the Sea, the Parc Exflora, and Golf Juan harbor. Amenities like supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants are within 100 meters, with tennis courts, golf courses, and other activities nearby.
We offer access to our public listings, enabling you to check feedback from past guests, verify prices and availability, and securely book your next holiday. If you decide to process your booking directly with us, we accept major credit cards and wire transfers with no extra booking fees.
GETTING THERE
The Residence is ideally situated just 20 meters from the airport bus stop (visible in the photo). It’s approximately a 25-minute drive from Nice Airport, with taxi or Uber fares typically ranging between €40 and €70.
For students or visitors to SKEMA Business School in Sophia Antipolis, the location is ideal — only a 15-minute drive away.
In addition, the bus stop for SKEMA is directly outside the Residence (as shown in the photo), offering a highly practical public transport option.

The surrounding neighborhood offer a large variety of seaside restaurants located on great locations. Both public and private beach are within just a 5-minute walk from the apartments. Golf Juan, a quick 10-minute stroll, boasts diverse dining, entertainment, and kid-friendly activities.
